One Pet Photo Per Order

One order is designed for one pet profile.

If you add more than one custom product to the same order, the later products will use the same pet name and pet photo already added to your cart.

For example, you can upload your pet photo once and order:

• A Pet Singing Video
• A Custom Pet Mug
• A Custom Pet Portrait Watch

All in the same order for the same pet.

If you want to use a different pet or a different photo, please start a new order.

Custom Pet Videos

Pet videos are delivered as digital MP4 files.

Current video products:

• Pet Singing Video
• Pet Talking Video

Available scenarios:

• Birthday Greeting
• Funny Pet Shoutout
• Rainbow Bridge Memorial

For a Pet Singing Video, your selected scenario is used to guide the song-style audio.

For a Pet Talking Video, your selected scenario is used to guide the spoken message.

You may also upload an optional pet voice sample. If no sample is uploaded, we may use a default pet-type sound reference based on your selected pet type.

A default sound reference is not your pet’s real voice. It is only used as a general creative reference.

Customer-uploaded voice samples may help guide the result, but the final audio should not be understood as a guaranteed exact voice clone.

Custom Pet Gifts

Custom Pet Gifts are personalized physical products based on your pet photo or stylized pet portrait.

Physical gifts are manually reviewed before production. This means we review the uploaded photo, product options, and design requirements before placing or preparing the production order.

Production and shipping time may vary by product, supplier, and destination.

Photo Guidelines

Please upload a clear pet photo.

Recommended:

• Pet face and main features are visible
• Good lighting
• Clear image
• High-resolution photo
• Minimal blur
• No heavy filters

Avoid:

• Very dark photos
• Blurry photos
• Photos where the pet’s face is blocked
• Heavily cropped images
• Low-resolution screenshots

If the photo is not suitable, we may contact you for a better image before production.

Delivery Time

Digital pet videos

Usually delivered within 24–48 hours after we receive all required order details and media files.

Physical custom gifts

Design review usually takes 1–3 business days.

Production and shipping time may vary by product, supplier, and destination.

If extra information or a better image is needed, delivery may take longer.

Refunds and Cancellations

Our products are personalized and created from your uploaded photo, message, and order details.

Digital custom products

Once production has started, refunds may be limited unless there is a technical issue or we are unable to complete your order.

Physical custom products

Once design review, manual preparation, or supplier production has started, cancellation or refund options may be limited.

If we are unable to complete your order, or if there is a production issue, we will review the case and provide an appropriate solution.

FAQ

Do I need to upload a pet photo for every product?

No. One order uses one pet photo. If you add multiple custom products to the same order, later products can use the same pet photo already added to your cart.

Can I use different pets in the same order?

No. The current order flow is designed for one pet per order. If you want to use another pet, please start a new order.

Do I need to upload a pet voice sample?

No. It is optional. If you upload one, it may be used as a creative reference. If you do not upload one, we may use a default pet-type sound reference.

Will the final audio sound exactly like my pet?

Not necessarily. The final audio is AI-generated or AI-assisted. A pet voice sample or default sound reference may help guide the result, but it is not a guaranteed exact voice clone.

Will the final pet portrait look exactly like my pet?

We aim to preserve your pet’s main appearance features, but the final result is a creative stylized version. It may not be a 100% photorealistic copy.

What is the difference between Pet Singing Video and Pet Talking Video?

A Pet Singing Video uses a song-style audio direction. A Pet Talking Video uses a spoken-message direction. Both use your pet photo, pet name, scenario, and message.

Are physical gifts automatically produced?

At this stage, physical gifts are manually reviewed before production.

Can I request changes?

Minor adjustments may be possible before production is finalized. Large revisions may require additional time or cost.

What happens if my uploaded photo is not suitable?

We may contact you and ask for a better photo before continuing production.

I placed an order but did not receive the confirmation email. What should I do?

Please first check your spam, junk, promotions, or other filtered inbox folders. Your order confirmation and digital video delivery link will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.

If you still cannot find the email, please contact us through our Contact page and include your full name, approximate order date, product purchased, pet name, and the correct email address. We will help review your order manually.

What if I entered the wrong email address at checkout?

If you think you entered the wrong email address, please contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page. To help us locate your order, include your full name, approximate order date, product purchased, pet name, and the correct email address.

For security and privacy reasons, we may ask for additional order details before updating the email address or resending any order or delivery information.
